No. Test drives are not available, because vehicles up for auction have been de-registered. |

QFleet does not provide previous lease information due to privacy legislation. |

Are vehicles sold with log books? |
| A. |
Most QFleet vehicles are sold with log books. QFleet will supply a full service history for those vehicles without log books. |

Registration and insurance |

Are vehicles sold registered? |
| A. |
No. A registration facility is available at the Brisbane auction site and a Queensland Transport office is located next door. For all other auction sites, please visit your local Queensland Transport office. |

Are vehicles roadworthy? |

Yes, all vehicles are sold with a current Queensland Transport Safety Certificate. |

Can I arrange insurance and/or finance at the auction? |

In Brisbane, RACQ operates an office onsite on auction days from 8:30am-3.00pm, or you can contact your preferred provider to make arrangements. At regional auctions vehicle buyers can contact their local RACQ office or preferred provider. |

Yes, you are required to register to purchase from QFleet public auctions. |

What happens if I am the highest bidder? |
| A. |
If your bid meets the reserve price the vehicle is sold to you. If your bid falls below the reserve price, the vehicle will be passed-in and you will have first right to negotiate a sale price for the vehicle. |

What happens if a vehicle is passed-in without a bid? |
| A. |
The vehicle is available at reserve price only. Passed-in vehicles are presented at another auction if not sold. |

Payment |

Is the successful bidder required to pay a deposit? |
| A. |
Vehicle purchasers are required to pay $500 on the drop of the hammer and, in Brisbane, pay the balance by 12 noon on the Wednesday following the sale date. In regional areas the purchaser will have to pay the balance by 12 noon two full business days after the sale date. |

Cash or bank cheque only. EFTPOS (excludes credit card transactions) is available at Brisbane only. |

What other charges are there? |

REVS Certificate at $21. Vehicle Registration. Stamp duty of 2% for hybrid vehicles, 3% for 4 cylinder, 3.5% for 6 cylinder and 4% for 8 cylinder vehicles. |

No, cooling off periods do not apply to motor vehicle auctions. |

Collection of vehicles after auction |

Vehicles are available for collection upon full payment and after the close of the auction. |
